About Us
At SailCoach, we help sailors reach their full potential, backed by an excellent track record of results. From our beginner friendly Sailing School for those learning the basics to our year round coaching clinics at SailBases in Malta and Valencia, we support sailors at every stage. We also provide coaching support at major Optimist and ILCA 4, ILCA 6, and ILCA 7 regattas worldwide and offer full time training at the SailCoach Academy for young sailors balancing school and competitive sailing.

Welcome to SailCoach, the world’s first and leading coaching and support organisation for dinghy sailors. Since 1995, we have supported sailors from around the globe, with dedicated SailBases in Malta and Valencia, Spain. To date, SailCoach has helped over 60 sailors qualify for the Olympics, including four Olympic medals, reflecting the strength of our coaching and performance pathway. Our experienced international team guides sailors from club level to elite competition, providing structured, results-driven programmes in world-class wind and sea conditions.
