SailCoach have put together a “Day Coaching Package” for one of the popular school half term Optimist regattas on the European circuit the Excellence Cup Vigo.

SailCoach will be providing high quality Optimist coaching both before and during the regatta. As we all know Vigo promises to be a difficult venue being on the Spanish Atlantic coast and a good week here will give you bags of experience in large waves.

Pre Regatta Clinic 30th and 31st October 2018
Familiarization/training days, we have put these days into the programme to help you get to know the way around the Vigo sailing waters, set your boat up for the regatta and let you get know your coach before it all starts for real.

1s to the 4th November 2018
Racing begins in the Excellence Cup Vigo in what promises to be a very competitive event. SailCoach’s experienced coaching staff will give you all the support you need on and off the water to help you reach your full potential. We will provide a morning briefing, coaching support afloat and finished the day with a debrief on the days racing.
