Normally sailors cater for themselves. An apartment group would normally buy food in a 'kitty' and cook together. The supermarket on the island is open between 0930 and 1200 each day. Le Brusc, the nearest village has other shopping facilities. If you have any special dietary requirements or particular favourites you may find it most convenient to bring these products from home with you.

Sailors often like to eat in restaurants once or twice during a week, we can recommend restaurants where you will eat well and quite cheaply. Shopping and dining out are available on the island and in the nearby village of Le Brusc or Sanary.

SailCoach can also provided meals at a local island restaurant which are breakfast, lunch and a three course dinner in the evening. The lunches are make-your-own sandwiches from bread and filling ingredients supplied at breakfast.
