Fitness Training
SailCoach provides a shuttle bus to and from a very well equipped gym just on the mainland.

The gym rates are very reasonable at

     50 Euro for a month
     20 Euro for the first week
     15 Euro for second and third weeks

The swimming pool on the island is open until November and reopens in April. There are also a number of tracks around the island that offer excellent running on a good surface. Tennis, volleyball or football are also available to all SailCoach sailors.
