The European Youth Laser 4.7 Championship is an open regatta and anyone from the age of 12 to 17 can sail (you cannot be 18 years old in 2008). 18th August A member of the SailCoach staff will meet you at Split Airport and will bring you the short distance to the sailing club, the venue for the for this year's Laser 4.7 Youth Europeans.
19th to 21st August SailCoach will be training at the regatta venue for several days prior to the event. This will give our sailors a chance to gain some valuable knowledge on the area and to get to know our coaches, a big advantage when racing begins. SailCoach's coaching staff will help you to get through registration and the regatta measurement, always a hard experience if you have not done it before. Our skilled coaches can help with sail numbers and national letters.
22nd to 29th August Racing starts in the Laser 4.7 Youth Europeans, in what promises to be a tough event with the finals being fought out on the last two days. SailCoach's experienced coaching staff will give you all the support you need on and off the water to help you reach your full potential.
30th August
A member of the SailCoach staff will drop you off at Split Airport for your journey home, hopefully with a few prizes
Day Coaching package: (without accommodation) Price €1,100
This price includes only our world class coaching starting from the 19th to 29th August 2008.
Full coaching package: Price €1,600
Price includes out World Class Coaching, Accommodation and all Airport transfers. Other than the above you will need to budget for food, pocket money and entry fees. Laser charter with this regatta package is another €400. Also see Frequently Asked Questions
