SailCoach - “making you better”

We at SailCoach are a non-profit making organisation: we love what we do, have a passion for sharing it and want to inspire as many sailors as we possibly can to share our enthusiasm for racing small boats.

SailCoach has been at the forefront of Laser sailing for over 15 years. With our experience, we provide young people with skill training, mentoring and inspiration to become the world class racing sailors of tomorrow.

If you are an Optimist sailor with an Olympic dream or a Laser Master looking to get better, we have something for you. We have taken good club sailors and made them Olympians. We have also helped others at all levels in our sport become better racers with great life skills.

We work hard at “making you better”, so come and join us.

We will be at Hvar Island, from the 26th December with our experienced coaching team.  Why not take advantage and let SailCoach be your coaching solution…… We also plan to stay on in Hvar and run both Laser 4.7 and Radial Coaching Clinics, therefore why not plan to stay on and join us for one of these two clinics?

Lake Garda BaseCamp
The BaseCamp concept has proven very successful over the years. One month of hard training with access to some of the worlds best Laser coaches and sailors. We can also be flexible to help fit in with your study/work schedule by letting you join the BaseCamp programme for any one, two or three weeks of the training!

We run the BaseCamp from our Torbole SailBase because of its constant winds, makes it possible to go sailing nearly every day. Lake Garda has two main wind patterns the Pelér and the Ora... the Pelér wind that blows from north to south early in the morning to around noon. The Ora wind, which blows from south to north from late morning to late in the afternoon, this steady breeze is the driving force behind the SailCoach training camps.
